Since the 1949, foreign students were able to study at the university, each year the number increases. The university maintains the atmosphere of respect, friendship and cooperation. Sechenov University consists of the following faculties:

Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Pediatrics, Faculty of High Nursing Training, Psychology and Social Work, Faculty of Postgraduate Professional Training of Physicians In addition, the University provides the Preparatory Department for International Applicants, Institute of Professional Education and Center of Master's Programs.
