Every year more than 3,000 foreign citizens enroll at the St. Petersburg State University (SPbU) for full-time, part-time and exchange programs. The most popular subjects for undergraduate and graduate international students are psychology, law, journalism, international relations, sociology, economics and management. Applicants can apply online, by post or directly at the admissions office of the university. Foreign citizens who do not speak Russian can enroll for pre-study language courses at the university’s Institute of Russian Language and Culture.
